There are so many things you can buy on Amazon to save you money, and getting bridal veils is another great way to save tons of money on your wedding! (Make sure you’re searching bridal “Veil” and not wedding “vale”…you’ll get better results).
Buying things online can be scary…sometimes its hard to know what you’re going to get. But with the crazy prices some bridal salons are charging, brides are often wondering if it’s even worth it to buy a veil. Well, thanks to Amazon, (and lots of our research), we’ve put together a list of real brides who have had success with their Amazon veils. Wedding Veils can be crazy expensive. Some brides have said their veil was half the price of the dress! And it’s for something you are probably only going to wear for the ceremony and pictures. We definitely don’t want to spend several hundreds of dollars on a wedding veil, so we’ve turned to Amazon and the brides who have worn Amazon Veils, to show you the best ones!
Before you jump in, here are a few things to be aware of before buying a bridal veil on any online site:
Read the Reviews About the Wedding veils
When you come across a perfect veil that looks perfect and super cheap, it doesn’t necessarily mean its “too good to be true”. There are some really great finds out there. But there are also some really terrible products. So, be sure to read the reviews from past buyers, and decide if it’s worth the risk.
Check the Return Policy
Speaking of worth the risk…Amazon is known for having a really great return policy, but that’s not on every product you purchase. Be sure to check and see if you’ll be able to return it if need be. Amazon Prime makes it super easy to return for the most part as well. You can order a few, and pick the perfect one, and send back the ones that don’t work that well.
Order Early
Which brings us to our next point. Order your veils early enough, so you’ll have time to return and keep looking if it doesn’t work the way you had hoped. Ordering early will help you see if its the perfect fit, and if not, you’ll still have time to try some more.
Use it as a start for your DIY veil
Just because you buy a veil, it doesn’t mean it has to stay the exact way it came. Jazz it up with beading, lace, crystals, etc. You can cut it, put two together, or even just use parts. Need a different color? Dip it in tea bags or light color dyes. Make it your own!
Read the Description Carefully
Does it come with a comb? Or do you need to purchase another? *Bride tip…probably purchase a stronger one anyway…and be sure to bobby pin it really good* Double check the colors to make sure Ivory is Ivory, or White is White.
Take the Risk
Again, buying online is always a little bit of a risk, but saving hundreds of dollars on a veil that you’ll only wear for a couple hours is so worth it.

1. Long 2 Tier Wedding Bridal Veil With Comb
Real Bride:
This veil was absouletly beautiful with a mantilla style. It was everything I could have hoped for at an affordable price. It laid perfectly on the train of my dress without having to be steamed. It was a little on the heavier side but that was to be expected due to being cathedral length and the lace and sequin appliques. With a few extra pins, I had no issues with it falling out. The veil has two tiers which leaves you with the option of wearing the top tier as a blusher or letting both tiers flow behind you. I would highly recommend this veil and look forward to saving it as a family heirloom.

This two-tier veil is 65 cm long for the first tier, and 235 cm for the second tier. It comes in Ivory and White. It has sequins lace and the lace appliques.

“It only took 3 days prime shipping to come in and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. For less than $20 you can’t beat it! I kept going back & forth whether I wanted to wear a veil or not and it being budget friendly helped make my decision. I didn’t have to steam it, I just hung it up with my dress in a dress bag and the day before the wedding, laid it out…and the day of it was perfect!”

3. Lace Cathedral Length Wedding Veils

“Since I was a young girl I dreamed about what my big day would look like, what my dress would look like and how it would all play out. One thing I definitely didn’t think about was how EXPENSIVE everything was. The day I got engaged the one thing I was most excited about was what I was going to wear on my wedding day. From my dress to my veil, and even the jewelry. Picking the right dress and veil were at the very top of my list. Fast forward to the day I went dress shopping… I found the most beautiful dress that fit me to a T! When the lady brought a veil in for me to try on to complete the look I feel completely in love… until I saw the price tag. I couldn’t understand spending $300 on a piece of fabric. My heart was shattered because I thought the veil completed my look, but there was no way I could justify spending that much. I left the dress shop that day determined to find a veil that look similar but that was more price efficient. I searched many sights and many bridal stores to no avail. I finally lost hope until one day I decided to just try amazon. I mean why not they have everything else! They had so many different options it blew my mind. Some of them you could tell were not going to be good quality, but some of them were absolutely beautiful!
I finally found THE ONE! I found a veil that looked almost identical to the one I found in the dress shop.. not to mention it was a very very small fraction of the price. When I ordered it I was very skeptical because it was only $13. But at this point what did I have to lose? The veil was very fast to arrive and was actually pretty good quality. The only thing I changed about the veil was the clip, it was plastic. I just put a metal clip on it so it felt more secure in my hair! The metal clip was fairly cheap from a local craft store. Over all I had a great experience with ordering a veil off amazon, I’d recommend it to any future brides!”

“The comb part was a little flimsy but it held well. I did have to steam it bc it came in like a plastic garment baggie. Kinda like a big Ziploc bag, and pretty folded up so it was creased. But it was good quality and for the price… really can’t be beat.”

“I was worried about finding a veil to match my light ivory dress, I knew I wanted a single tier cathedral veil with no lace. I tried several on at the shop where I got my dress but I didn’t love any of them. I decided to take a risk and order one off of Amazon.com for literally $9.99! And it was the perfect style!! I had to order in white but I was able to “tea stain” it. For any brides looking to save money to get their perfect veil, if you find it in white and don’t have a white veil, I “tea stained” mine for like 40 seconds and it matched my dress PERFECTLY!! I was so happy!”

When it arrived the lacing was beautiful which is what I wanted since my dress had nothing but lace detail. I never had to steam it. I had it hanging for the month before the wedding, it comes with a plastic clip so if you feel like it wouldn’t be sturdy enough you can secure it like my hair stylist did with bobby pins. It was beyond my expectations especially for the price. I would recommend a bride on a budget with lace detail on their dress.”

“This veil was perfect! It matched perfect with my dress. I would highly recommend. It wasn’t itchy at all. I didn’t need to steam it or do anything to it. And it looked just as good as a $200 and up veil.”
Amazon Bride:

10. White Ivory Lace Edge Cathedral Length Wedding Bridal Veil

“After finding out how expensive veils could be, I went on the hunt for a bargain veil that still looked nice and matched my ivory dress. With a few clicks, I found my perfect veil on Amazon for $13! The appliqué at the bottom of the dress was just enough to nicely accent the lace pattern on my dress. Before the ceremony, we left the veil in the hotel bathroom with hot running water to steam it, which did the trick. It has a comb at the top to attach to your hair. My girls were able to attach it to my thick hair with a few bobby pins and it stayed in place throughout the ceremony. I would definitely recommend this veil!”
Another Real Bride:
I bought this veil just to see how a cathedral length veil would look with my dress! It was les than $20 so I said why not? It shipped very quickly and as soon as I got it- I tried it on. It was the perfect length I was looking for! I then tried it on with my dress and it was everything I could have imagined. I haven’t steamed it yet, but plan on steaming it for my wedding in November! It includes a plastic comb piece that was pretty sturdy as well! I would absolutely recommend- 10/10!

I chose the Diamond White, 1 tiered option. I clipped it to a hangar and let it relax/steam while I was in the shower and any of the wrinkles from shipping came right out. It actually far exceeded my expectations! I’ve recommended it to quite a few brides as a result of my experience with this veil. People worry about being able to see details through “cheap” veils – and as you can see, there was no need for concern on that point
Another Real Bride:
I got the finger tip length veil 1 tier in champagne. I steamed it, but that’s all I had to do. I loved it and would recommend 100%.

My veil went perfectly with my dress even though it was bought separately. I found my veil on amazon after contemplating even wearing one. I am so glad I did. It fit perfectly with my dress and made the picture turn out so beautiful. It definitely completed my look. The veil is 20 dollars on amazon and is worth every penny. It is great quality for the price.

13. Pencil Edge Bridal Fingertip Wedding Veil
Real Bride:
I ordered 4 veils actually (thanks to Amazons generous return policy), I was able to order a few and try them on and pick a favorite in the comfort of my living room. This veil was perfect for me since it wasn’t too heavy, didn’t need any steaming, and matched my dress perfectly. My best friend is getting married in 3 weeks and she’s using it as well. Best $15 I’ve ever spent!!!

14. Tulle Sheer Cathedral Wedding Veil
Real Bride:
I totally recommend this veil! It was gorgeous, and long and the perfect weight! I wanted something simple and this was exactly what I wanted! Although I had to steam it, it was super easy to do and the wrinkles came right out!!

This Cathedral length veil is made of sheer tulle, that is light weight, and comes in ivory, light ivory, and white.
